| When do you charge me? |
| The moment you place an order online, we will charge you.
Whilst we aim to send your entire order in one parcel, this is not always possible. If we do have to make more than one shipment, postage will only be charged on the first shipment and we will only charge you for the items in each shipment as they are despatched. |
| How much is postage going to cost me? |
We deliver all your item by Royal mail at a Standard rate of £5.00
This service usually takes 2-5 days for delivery and is sent using a secure ‘sign-for’ service. These deliveries can occur anytime between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
We welcome overseas order at rate of £25.00 per order. |
| I’d like to return an item for a refund, how can I do this? |
| You can return any item you purchase from us within 14 days.
We will be happy to provide an exchange or a total refund, provided the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and where possible with their original tags attached. |
| I’d like to exchange an item, how can I do this? |
| You can exchange any item you purchase from us.
If require an exchange and the value of the new item is less than the original item, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.
If require an exchange and the value of the new item is greater than that of origianl item, additional payment will be required |
